Terms of service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your access to and use of the Nunc website, planner, and related services. By creating an account or using Nunc, you agree to these terms and our privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

Nunc is currently intended for individual users who can legally enter into a contract. You sign in through Google and are responsible for maintaining control of that Google account. Tell us promptly through the support option in your account if you believe access has been compromised.

3. The service

Nunc provides task capture, daily planning, task movement, completion, and rollover. We may improve or change features over time. We will not materially reduce a paid service without reasonable notice, except where a change is needed for security, legal compliance, or service reliability.

4. Trial and paid service

A new eligible account receives a 72-hour trial without providing a payment method. The trial does not convert automatically. After it ends, your existing tasks remain readable but editing requires an active subscription.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Current prices, billing intervals, cancellation behavior, and renewal terms are explained in our subscription and cancellation policy. The checkout page shows the binding charge before you pay.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use Nunc for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, probe security, or disrupt the service.
• Use automated methods to overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Upload malware or content that violates another person's rights.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the task titles and notes you enter. You give us only the limited permission needed to host, process, secure, and display that content to you. We do not sell your task content.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Nunc reliable, but no online service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Nunc and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address a serious breach of these terms, security risk, fraud, or legal requirement. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

9. Liability

Nunc is a planning aid, not professional, medical, financial, or legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss or for decisions made from your task plan. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply.
