Billing
Refund policy
Last updated July 27, 2026
Use the free three-day trial to decide whether Nunc works for you. Once purchased, subscriptions provide access for the period shown at checkout.
1. General policy
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable after the paid period begins, except where this policy, the merchant of record's terms, or applicable law requires otherwise. Cancellation stops a future renewal but does not automatically refund the current paid period.
2. Billing mistakes and service problems
Please request help if you were charged more than once for the same period, charged after a timely cancellation, unable to use the paid service because of a verified Nunc outage, or believe a charge was unauthorized. We will review the circumstances with the merchant of record.
3. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits a refund, cooling-off period, withdrawal right, warranty, or other remedy that cannot be excluded under the law where you live. Checkout may ask for acknowledgements required to begin supplying a digital service immediately.
4. How to request a refund
Start from the support or billing link in your Nunc account, or use the contact link shown on your payment receipt. Include the receipt or transaction identifier and a short explanation. Do not send full card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials.
5. Processing
The merchant of record processes approved refunds to the original payment method. Bank and card-network processing times vary. A refund may end paid access for the refunded period.
6. Renewals
To avoid another charge, cancel before the renewal date shown in billing settings. See the subscription and cancellation policy for the renewal and access rules.
